Written representations
Written representations to the DVSA on disciplinary issues, up to and including appeals to the Secretary of State for Transport.
24-hour helpline
A 24-hour helpline is available for all our members.
Attendance at inverted appeals
80% of all inverted or statutory appeals go no further when you have proper representation on the day.
Attendance at DVSA interviews
If you're under investigation you may be invited to a formal interview under DVSA caution or PACE (Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984) caution. We can arrange proper advice and representation to protect your interests.
