When you join, one of our Senior Technical Consultants will arrange an appointment to help you understand the 5 required stages and set up the log. They will also assess your VTS and work with you to identify any training needs.
Quality Assurance review
At the second appointment, your Technical Consultant will carry out a full review of the system to make sure it is being used correctly. Any required training will also be carried out at this appointment.
